A lone lot in the middle of the galaxy has just been recently purchased. The best piece of land you ever bought.
You want to turn this into a cool intergalactic manor. But first you must give this lot a name!

Now that we have the name of the lot established, Its time to come up with a basic floor plan. You have a 100x140 feet of land to work with.

1 wall will cost 5$ and 1 door will cost half of that

You will need basic necessities of a house to proceed which is a living room, dinning room (optional), kitchen, bathroom, bed room, and finally a room that houses the gateway.

you need this gateway because no one can breath in space (obviously) so using this room will help get in and out of the manor easily.

the amounts of money you have left over after purchasing the lot is $11,000 dollars.

Now that we have the basic floor plan set up its time to place two items of importance, the Arch and the curio.

The arch is complementary to the gateway. It's like a door but not actually a door. The curio is a relic from the medieval times. Its strange aura is used to power the gateway.

these items will come for free with the house and are vital to the Katia Manorgan.

its best if we place the arch in the gateway, the curio can reside somewhere else in the house
