Fuck it, we ball.
Today a new you is born.
About a month ago you promised yourself you'd change for the better. No one believed your drunk-ass but you swore you would get yourself a job, stay far away from cults and hopefully never be thrown in jail again.
You had a plan, however.
You would wipe the blackboard clean and start a fresh life far away from where your reputation would haunt you... ok, you admit you took this a bit too far when you decided to reach Vvardenfell and you may have burnt through all the money you earned by selling all your belongings.
But here you are. Poor as fuck and alone on a place you know absolutely nothing about. You've stayed clean of alcohol for about a month now, that's how long it took you to reach this place. You can start clean now!
What will you call the new you?

Something Dark elf sounding? Qitta Pai?
Qitta is a cat in arabic.... and it also sounds like cutiepie...

Go for it, just expect weird and horny replies from people here (like me, who will suggest weird horny things I want to see). Also, supporting this anons suggestion >>61114614 for a name, why not. Maybe this character grew up in a dark elf area?
You enter an office and a well-spoken old man greets you, you can't help but notice the massive yet charismatic looking guard on your left.
The old man asks you to fill an immigration form.
You finally write down one of the names you've been considering during the way to the island.
Qitta Pai. It's Dark Elf sounding and also kinda cool, you could imagine yourself a kickass mercenary adept with throwing stars... not that you've ever thrown one or ever considered killing a person that is.
You ask the old man if all these questions are really necessary.
He tells you that no, they aren't and that there's no way of knowing if the information you filled is really true.
You hand him the papers.
He thanks you for at least trying to fill the form and tells you the directions to the exit.
You're free now, what will you do?

Nice. Head to the contact for the local mages guild that you totally have to get into the magic shit right away. Also grab flowers and herbs on the ground along the way, mages love that shit.
Well first of all you know nothing about magic other than the stuff you read in fairy tales or the few times you played with those cheap light wands as a kid. Also you have no idea where that would be.
You don't know anything about herbs and such either so you're not sure if they're safe to pick, you do know you didn't like what you saw of the coast while on that ship.

Ok. We have a goal for today... FIND SHELTER.
and for that we need MONEY.
Maybe let's ask the guard if they have... immigration office or any sort of place that could direct you towards the honest work. Yes sir.
Of course! You've been travelling around for longer than you've ever had in your life and kinda forgot the reason you had nice nights of sleep (plagued by nightmares of man-eating creatures) is because you had MONEY.
You no longer have that... or skills... or know anyone here.
Trying to remain optimistic you ask the guard if he knows a way to make money around wherever this.
The guard, that you now realize is an imperial man, says that he himself is not aware of any job opportunities currently available around these parts but that you could try Arille's Tradehouse. He continues by saying there's not much at Seyda Neen and you should try your luck at Pelagiad instead since it's not too far.
You thank him for his help and before you have the chance to leave the gentle giant grabs you by the shoulder.
If you are in need of aid and wish to fight for the good cause you should consider joining the Imperial Army, he suggests.
You thank him again and say you'll keep that in mind.
Although, he continues, our garrisons are mostly full. Except, perhaps, the Deathshead Legion at fort Darius.
Nope.
What do you wish to do?

Immediately walk towards that cool mountain in the middle of the continent.
The one thing you noticed about this place so far is that it's really fucking foggy, you can barely see the outskirts of this miniscule town.
>>61118109
For now.... let's go to the Arille's tradehouse.
If that doesn't work out... we should look for the Peloguy the guard mentioned. Whoever that is.
You were about to ask around for Arille's Tradehouse but this place is so small you realized you were standing almost right in front of it.
Heading inside your eyes are drawn towards the shelves at the back stocked with booze. Oh, and also the tall elves that make you feel like a small child.
The Dark Elf woman is looking around the wares and complaining about something or other and the High Elf man looks mildly annoyed by her presence, yet maintains a professional appearance.

Stand on your toes to look higher.
You stand on your toes and approach the shopkeeper. You feel the Dark Elf's gaze on your back.
Welcome to Arrille's Tradehouse, khajiit. I'm Arrille if you can't tell. Judging by your choice of apparel I assume you are not here to buy. If you want a bit of advice that, and only that, is free.
>>61124933
Ask if there's any courier work you can do
>>61125772
Ask for a job. Your dyslexic ass is not very much qualified for anything, but you feel confident you could strike a job at a place called Arille's Tardhouse. Ask if the old woman is also there for the job.
You'd (try to) butter him up a bit before getting to the point but he knows he's not making any money talking to you and cut right to the chase.
You don't want to impose but is there, by any chance, work around here? You have a single septim in your pocket and you are not very much qualified for anything in particular.
I do not have any work for you, no. Try Elone upstairs. The woman said she was postponing a delivery to Pelagiad.
Oh! You heard of that guy!
The shopkeeper says it is not a man but a town northeast of here.
He gives you some free advice, people around here are not too fond of foreigners. Everything about you screams outlander.
What do?
