Ahnassi

>>61194890 >Remember, you are smelly khajiit who still haven't taken a bath. >So, try to sit little further away. Thanks for the rude yet factual reminder. You reposition yourself not only further away but on a more comfortable speaking position. >>61195222 >You might as well be honest, she does see right through you after all. It's like shes staring into your soul Saying that you severely mishandled your life and now you are starting over in new land would be an understatement. "Ah, Ahnassi did not mean to pry. Khajiit must have her reasons." >Soulread her right the fuck back. Y-You seem like you can handle yourself. "Hmm, yes." >>61194890 >Nervously put hand behind your neck, feel weirdly intimidated by this beautiful Khajiit >"I like your ear piercings.. and, uh, yeah, this one is on a clean slate." You nervously put a hand behind your neck. Umm... Qitta likes your earrings. She chuckles. "Thank you. Ahnassi does not think Khajiit way of speaking suits this one." So... what does your kind do around here? "Ahnassi does not understand, what kind?" Like, our kind. For work? "Anything others do, yes?" I mean... do you know of any jobs around here? That someone new like you could do? "Ahnassi does not believe this one meets the requirements so, no." This is really awkward. She seems nice but you really don't know what to say in this situation, it's not often you speak with others of your race. >>61207982 >Excuse yourself and leave. She just deemed us incompetent which... fair, she is correct but that also means we are wasting time her and time is money. And the nines know we fucking need money right now. >I say we go get that bath. Your clean slate should also include clean khajiit. >>61208845 >Politely thank her for the conversation and go get cleaned up! Khajiit that smell like soap get more jobs than Khajiit that smell like khajiit. >It's also really close to sundown, so you need to be not stinky when you come around for the dinner at the inn. I guess you're right, this isn't getting anywhere. You know as much about her now as when you first approached and you'd rather not ruin everything. You excuse yourself and decide to take your bath a bit earlier. Ahnassi doesn't seem to mind. It would be nice getting cleaned up before dinner. You ask Drelasa if you could take your bath a bit earlier and she agreed on the condition you helped her carry the huge tub to your room. She's a lot stronger than she looks! >>61211156 >Whatefuck guys. >Qitta, embrace the stink. Oh, come on. Not only have you already paid for this but you EARNED it with your own two hands. Enjoying this bath is not just about getting cleaned up, it's a celebration of the new and reformed you... although washing all this grime away is quite good, yes. The rest of your evening is uneventful, by the time you were done with your bath and decided to eat the tavern was quite empty already. The meal was simple yet filling and you spent the time chatting with Drelasa. You learned a bit about the town and your surroundings. First, Vivec city is possibly one of the largest in the world and happens to be close by. They have absolutely everything you could imagine, she tells you. Second, she mentioned the city of Balmora. It's a bit far but they've got a good variety of traders and guilds on top of relatively affordable living. And lastly she shared a bit about this town's history and how it was built around the fort. She mentioned something about the thieves guild having people here but that she wouldn't know anything about that. Feeling full, clean and quite exhausted by your busy day you thank Drelasa for everything and head upstairs to the comfort of your cozy bed. It isn't long before sleep takes your tired body.
